Onboarding Public Safety Employees

A comprehensive onboarding class designed for new hires in police, fire, EMS, and dispatch roles. In this course, we will explore the unique risks associated with public safety occupations, including physical dangers, emotional stress, family issues, atypical schedules, financial stress, burnout, compassion fatigue and mental health challenges. Participants will learn proactive strategies to mitigate these risks, enhance personal resilience, and maintain overall well-being.
